How Payments Are Processed

Payment is processed as soon as your order is placed. Once the payment is authorized, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email from support@northhaven.online.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at support@northhaven.online. For both cancelled orders and approved product returns, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method once approved or inspected according to our Return & Refund Policy.
